On 25th February 2026, Sevadhara Charitable Trust carried out a cloth (T-shirt) distribution initiative at Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, a prominent pilgrim center that is home to many sadhus and sanyasins. Thiruvannamalai attracts spiritual seekers from across the country, and many ascetics and devotees choose to live in simple conditions, often without stable shelter, adequate clothing, or access to basic necessities. Recognizing these needs, Sevadhara extended its support by distributing T-shirts to individuals residing on the streets and around temple premises.
The initiative was conducted with dignity and respect, ensuring that each person received assistance in a spirit of compassion rather than charity. Volunteers personally interacted with the beneficiaries, offering not just clothing, but also warmth and human connection. This activity reflects Sevadhara’s continued commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and responding to immediate, practical needs wherever they arise. Even small acts of care can make a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life.
